1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kalahari Technologies' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Kalahari Technologies provides:

• Custom software development (web and mobile applications)
• Web design and UI/UX services
• IT support and desktop services
• Web hosting services

3. Payment Terms

Development Projects

• Typical structure: deposit (30-50%), milestone payments, final payment upon completion
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own final deliverables and project-specific code. We retain rights to reusable components and the right to showcase the project in our portfolio (unless NDA specifies otherwise).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
